ALLTEL Complaint - ALLTEL should be named
TEXARKANA, TEXAS -- ALLTEL Wireless, or as I like to refer to them "ALL-HELL Wireless" has absolutely NO customer service, and after 2 visits to two different "ALL-HELL Wireless" Company Stores, they will NOT refund any money on a defective pre-paid phone that I purchased----incredible!!! Not only would their alleged customer service (I'm being generous to say that there is ANY customer service) NOT refund my money, I showed them the receipt of purchase, the receipt of UPS Shipping in which I returned the merchandise to ALLTEL and I have a signature that shows ALLTEL signed/accepted the package with the phone in it. I asked the customer service agent "would you like for me to take $140 out of your pocket & burn it?" -she said "no, of course not", to which I said "then why are you doing this to me----taking $140 of my money & giving me a defective phone which I was NEVER able to use, and essentially I am screwed out of $140 and have NO remedy"... Again, I felt like I was talking to ALIENS who did not understand common courtesy, good faith & operating with a consciousness that the customer was "always right", especially if there's a problem, why didn't ALLTEL say "Geez, we're sorry, what can we do to solve this problem for you Mr.?".
In my opinion, this seemed to be deliberate fraud, deception and a complete LACK of taking any responsibility! I should have put $140 down the paper shredder---it would have resulted in the same experience---a complete LOSS of $140! I plan to file a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General & possibly even SUE THEM in small claims court, just for the principle & to inconvenience them! Stay away from ALL-HELL Wireless, they are BAD NEWS!!!
