Home Depot Complaint - Spanish - Spanish over intercom system
PUEBLO, COLORADO -- I do not feel that when you are at a USA based store that the intercom should make announcements in Spanish. Not only did I not understand what was being said, I was thoroughly disgusted at the thought of a United States store speaking an alternate language over the loudspeaker. This is the USA, we speak English, if you don't like it, GO BACK WHEREVER YOU CAME FROM!!!!!!! I have nothing against anyone of a different nationality, however, if you want to live in the USA, you should learn the language also. I should not have to comply to a different language while living in my native country, where the school system prominently speaks English and Spanish, French, German, etc. is an elective subject. I think that having a sales associate that can speak a different language is a great advantage to your business, but don't subject those of us who were born and raised here to put up with these changes.
