Furniture Direct Complaint - Where's my delivery?
BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I purchased furniture from Furniture Direct (http://www.furnitureofamerica.com). The items have been paid for since the middle of March 2007. They have not delivered anything and refuse to take my calls on the matter. At first they claimed the tornadoes in Kansas disrupted shipping (even though the shipment was from NC to SC... no where near Kansas); the next excuse was that the wildfires in Florida were disrupting their drivers. Today's excuse is that they have 3 new trucks, and all three are broken.
Why isn't Furniture Direct standing behind their pledges of customer satisfaction? Why do they not return calls?
