Hilton/Hampton Inn Informative - Theft by falsified charges
SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER CITY, LOUISIANA -- We stayed at a Hampton inn 1 night. We were charged for 2 nights. When informed of the error we were told by Hilton to 'prove you weren't there'.
Hilton's customer dis-service is abysmal. Their mistake is automatically charged to us. We're required to prove we weren't somewhere - that is impossible.
Hilton believes the customer is always wrong.
Avoid all Hilton business, lest they steal from you also.
