Tmobile.Com Complaint - Billing For T-Mobile

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- I have never been more frustrated in my life regarding the payment of a bill with t-mobile cell phone company. This company has no way to reach a billing specialist and the customer service reps are very rude. This company has turned off my cell phone a total of three times stating i am missing a payment. When i called back in to state i wanted a refund of the minutes i had lost over the weekend, i was told that i could not have them. Those are my minutes i also was never told that the faxes i sent twice did not have the proper information. I kept being told to provide a sixteen digit account number, which i do not have a sixteen digit number as i explained. When i asked about them texting me to inform me that i they had not received the faxes i sent, i got a smart reply that that do not babysit my account by a rep named kevin. Then when i asked for a supervisor i was screamed at by timothy who told me the same thing about providing a sixteen digit account number i told him that it was not 16 digits long he stated send what the bank gives you i was then told they never received the fax now this is the third time i have sent this information this time it is notarized by a bank officer who faxed from the bank the bank then told me to call the local consumer complaints via local television station to see about getting a better response.

Please re-write this. Needs spelling checked, punctuation, and capitalization. It is very hard to read.

You asked to talk to a supervisor and he got on the phone and started screaming at you? That doesn't sound accurate.

If your communications with Tmobile look anything like this posting, I can understand why there might be a problem communicating with. As Sister Mary Francis always said, "check your work"!

I am totally with you yellowcanary73! I just got coments from kenpopcorn and I started to search his posts and comments.It didn't take too long to find out. I already the got the idea but you put it in a good word.Probably he never had a problem somewhere as a customer or he maybe he is one of reason that's why we are hanging out here.
Read this post of 9/26/06 by Etaoin Shrdlu "Why Nextel Customer Service Is so Bad - Customer Service " this is from a former Nextel customer service employee!! An honest one!!!

My 3 cents word for you nchuck100 and adzidek. Look, we are here to share our consumer complaints/compliments. Stop being a discriminator. So what if he is illiterate, that doesn't mean that he can't talk for his rights. If the persons English cannot live up to your expectations and you do not have an advice to actually HELP someone, then don't even bother writing anything at all.

azdidek, I read few of your comments and I saw the same pattern. Certainly you just pick A word you want. You don't read the rest and you don't get the idea. You make fun of people and you think it's funny.I wonder what the reason is, as to why you are here.
