Tmobile.Com Complaint - Billing For T-Mobile
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- I have never been more frustrated in my life regarding the payment of a bill with t-mobile cell phone company. This company has no way to reach a billing specialist and the customer service reps are very rude. This company has turned off my cell phone a total of three times stating i am missing a payment. When i called back in to state i wanted a refund of the minutes i had lost over the weekend, i was told that i could not have them. Those are my minutes i also was never told that the faxes i sent twice did not have the proper information. I kept being told to provide a sixteen digit account number, which i do not have a sixteen digit number as i explained. When i asked about them texting me to inform me that i they had not received the faxes i sent, i got a smart reply that that do not babysit my account by a rep named kevin. Then when i asked for a supervisor i was screamed at by timothy who told me the same thing about providing a sixteen digit account number i told him that it was not 16 digits long he stated send what the bank gives you i was then told they never received the fax now this is the third time i have sent this information this time it is notarized by a bank officer who faxed from the bank the bank then told me to call the local consumer complaints via local television station to see about getting a better response.
