Georgia Carpet Outlet Complaint - 4th Complaint w/o a response!

EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN -- This is my fourth complaint letter. So far I haven't received any type of response from GCO in Lacrosse.
I purchased Pro-Floor laminate from your Chippewa Falls, WI. store. It was installed by a GCO recommended contractor. I was told by the GCO manager that they would stand behind their service and products completely. If anything goes wrong, in his words, "...we'll make it right".
The laminate floor boards have separated slightly causing separation of the seams and bubbling along with discoloration. These problems are apparent in quite a few places. Sometimes even extending for the length of the floor.
I visited GCO, in Chippewa Falls, on Feb. 16th, 2002 with photos of the floor problem. The manager said he would call the local owners and I should be hearing from them in a few days. He also said that the contractor that installed my floor is no longer a GCO installer because... "He's been nothing but a pain in the ass!". But, he said, if they don't contact you... write to the LaCrosse store, he supplied the address, because this store (Chip. Falls) is closing soon. The owners never contacted me.

I would like a representative of GCO to come to my home to view this problem. Then we can discuss a resolution.

Have you just sent complaints via this service or have you tried other methods? I would find out the CEO names and send him a letter via certified mail.
