Correctional Billing Services Complaint - No Written Policy On Line
Correctional Billing Services does not have a policy for any of their representatives to follow by guidelines on the phone. Most of their decisions are made by each individual representative at that time answering your long wait on hold. I do believe they should be investigated or held responsible for each of their representatives answers and remarks. There is not a CEO,a District Manager to talk to or for that matter to settle disputes the customer has. We are told to write or fax the customer complaint department. As most of us know, it is a long and unrelentless task to get a policy answer from this company.
If anyone can direct us in having something done with this company please advise
