Action Tinting Complaint - Not professional - window tint installed

Review by Grateful on 2007-05-22
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- I had window tint installed in my 99' Ford Crown Victoria by Action Window tint. I thought I was paying for a professional installation. I also had my sons car done the same day. His tint was installed professionally, mine wasn't. I tried to get the issue fixed, the owner was offended. He will not take care of me. I am screwed out of $166.44. The price for wrinkles and bubbles and large gaps and dirt between the window and tint. AWSOME customer service. He did do a excellent job on my sons car, a 93' Eagle Talon,a more difficult car to tint. Imagine that. I guess the owner thinks women are a royal pain in the a@#. This company is not professional, and dose not care about its customers.

Sounds like you should take the tint shop owner to small claims court. By the way, you didn't get full limo tint on all your car windows like some mafia car, did you?

I did my windows tinted myself on my 1988 Jeep Cherokee. I only had to spend total of $20 on two rolls of wondows tint. Id say my work is great.

I have applied the limo tint on all the windows EXCEPT for the driver and passenger side windows as they are illegal in VA. Limo tint on my Jeep looks awesome!

Thank you for your support, it really dose help. I plan to take the owner( he installed the tint in my car) to court. He is pretty arrogant. I am also getting several professional opinions. And I am giving Action Tint lots of free advertising. I drive All over town and there is hundreds of people where I work. So far no one wants to have Action Tint do their car, imagine that. Thanks again
