Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - Delivery / Customer Service

MODESTO, CALIFORNIA -- DO Not Buy any Furniture. Delivery service was very bad. The Delivery service called at 5:45am to confirm for the delivery that day and didn't leave a message. We called back at 7:00am and they had canceled the delivery that day because we didn't pick up the phone at 5:45am. My husband had to go pick up the furniture himself. I called the customer service number and was hung up 4 times. One time the customers service rep picked up the phone swore and hung up the phone. Still fighting with Levitz to get our delivery charge back.

The MODESTO STORE VERY RUDE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don't understand why people don't rent a trailer and pick up the furniture themselves. Wouldn't that resolve a lot of these complaints?
