The Parts Bin Informative - Wrong part no customer support
ROCKVILLE CENTER, NEW YORK -- I ordered a radiator for my Mercedes on April 12, 2007. The radiator was delivered to my mechanic; it was obviously the wrong radiator. I called and was told that I would be sent a return authorization number, I had to call 3 times to get the number, and then I had to pay return shipping. After verifying with UPS tracking that the radiator was received by the Parts Bin. I called again as was told the refund would take 6 weeks. Now to summarize: I had to pay up front for the part, received the wrong part, make repeated calls to obtain a RA number, pay return shipping for their mistake and then wait 6 weeks for my money. This company continues to be in business because there is very little we the customers can do. I recommend that no one does any business with this company.
