Sprint Nextel Complaint - They Sent Me To Hell
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I had been a loyal customer for sprint since 1999. in 2002 I called customer service to add a 2nd line to my service. the customer representative that help me said that there where unlimited minutes between the phones. so I was very excited and I gave the phone to my girlfriend. my surprise came when I saw my bill($1280.) I call customer service and ask them what was going on. they told me that I had used my minutes under my plan and that every minutes after that was charge at .45 cents /min. I told them what I had been told about the unlimited minute to minute. they ask me if had a contract that specify that. of course I did not had one, because I had changed the plan over the phone. I try to work with them but I could not get no where. they sold me to a collection agency screw my credit and erase my data from their system. after 4years I had to pay the amount so I could keep on with my life. since then I have been with t-mobile and I know there are some other good companies out there to.. but I will not recommend sprint. even if I was paid. I will not sell my soul to that devil. all of my friends have t-mobile not that I want to promote t-mobile but they do good. I have heard of similar stories like mine, so guessed right, no I am not the only one.
