California Casualty A Plus Auto Insurance Informative - Complaint - Insurance

AVONDALE, ARIZONA -- As a customer of for over 15 years California Casualty A Plus Insurance and having very few filings in that time. Recently though we have had at least two incidents within a year that has us very pissed off. Getting a claim filed when it was not even our fault is like pulling teeth with your adjustor's. I know that many clients may skim and scam insurance company's but with our history I don't think we are one of them yet we are being treated like criminals. Recently our Car was side swiped by a hit and run vehicle and we have to wait to get an auto body shop to look at it for almost a month. We were told we could go to any shop but the catch is that other shops say they still have to wait until A PLus adjuster has to comes out to approve it so we still have to wait. Believe me this is unacceptable customer service and we are now looking into other insurance companies for our auto and home coverage! Oh yeah as well as filing a complaint with the BBB that California Casualty provides very poor customer service. I deal with clients on a daily basis and your claims adjusters need not be so "RUDE and Discourteous" to us the client, don't they know that we the customer, in all respects, are paying their salaries?

I was recently hit by a California Casualty client. They really screwed me on my claim. My car was totaled. They mailed me a check 4 weeks after the accident, and only paid for five days of rental car. Sunshine was my rep.
