Appliance Parts Center Compliment - Thank You Appliance Parts Center

CITRUS HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA -- Whirlpool has closed all of the Maytag parts centers, and advised service providers to go through local parts stores.I have accounts with two local distributors, but they never have what we need available without waiting weeks, even months.
I had a customer with a dead refrigerator, sent a tech out and diagnosed a failed relay. Both of the distributors we go through did not have the part anywhere. So I have a customer with NO refrigeration, and no part available.
I called around to see if any other parts stores in the area had it.The last store I called was a place called "Appliance Parts Center".They did not have it in stock, but they ordered it through whoever they go thru, and overnighted it to me at no extra cost. Now thats service.
They are great guys, and will surley give them more of my business.

It is very frustrating to not have the backing from the MAJOR company your representing.

Whirltag,or is it Maypool told me they could not overnight the part to me(even if I was paying the shipping!)

Thank You Appliance Parts Center!
