Usaveonpills.Com Complaint - Diet Pill Scam

RACINE, WISCONSIN -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
Ordered 15 ct. Trial of phenterthin for $4.95 Which was suppose to be shipping and handling. All of a sudden 2 more bottles showed up in plain bubble wrapper with no return address or invoice. I got scared and looked at the mastercard I used on the 1st shipment and found $149.95 Was charged on my card for these 2 bottles. Tried to call the company but phone goes in a loop and you never get to talk to anyone. After going on the internet found everyone has had the same problem with them and there are complaints all over the place. Filed complaint with bbb in oklahoma. They have tons of complains. Your suppose to click on terms and conditions when you order the trial size but it dosn't come up until after you hit the submit button and youve already ordered and put in your credit card information. I have had to close my credit card and my credit card company is just as bad, can't get ahold of them either (applied card bank) I finally got ahold of the lost and stolen dept. And thats the only way I could be assured these people would't use my card again. This company is a scam and everyone that falls for it has trouble. They have opened and closed several web sites when people start complaining. I orginally ordered from usaveonpills.Com but they are on nexgenlabsusa,com also. I filed a complaint on their web site but I can't get in to view the results. It kicks you off.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
my money back.

Go straight to your credit card company and disput the charge. I would not chase the scammers, but go for the money directly.

Did you receive the two bottles right away or after about 14 days after receiving the original order? When you order from these pill places you end up on a automatic ordering system.
