Microsoft Network Complaint - MSN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS
I recently purchased a new computer with the help of MSN, using their $400 voucher, in exchange for signing onto their ISP for three years. What a mistake. I constantly get error messages when I try to sign onto the Internet or Outlook Express, MSN's very frustrating email system.
The website doesn't give much specific, troubleshooting information, and though customer service numbers are provided, they seem to be a sham; I have called the MSN customer support number several times, and every time (though I called during different times of the day), I was put on hold only to receive a recorded message saying, "Due to high caller volume, we are unable to take your call at this time." After that, you're connection is broken. I wish I knew the lucky people who are actually getting through to MSN -- maybe THEY could help me!
