Summit Christian Academy Complaint - Scam: Summit Christian Academy

Review by Anonymous on 2002-05-05
CEDAR HILL, TEXAS -- I believe you would be interested in investigating the illegal business practices of Summit Christian Academy, PO Box 2769, Cedar Hill, TX 75106-2769. They refuse to honor the verbal agreement they made with us, giving us 9 weeks to try out their services.
We had difficulty with their services, and the have refused to help us. Summit Christian Academy verbally modified the terms of our written agreement by telling us, “you need to give it 9 weeks.” In good faith, we believed what we were told. Now we find out that they lied to us, and are holding us to the 30-day written agreement.
I do not yet have proof, but I believe this is how they do business – make you sign a 30 agreement, provide poor service, then tell you to “give it 9 weeks” in order to push you beyond the 30 days. As the poor service continues, they reward your trust by holding you to the 30-day agreement. Not very “Christian” if you ask me! It seems that all they want is their money.
Their e-mail is sales@scahomeschool.com, website is www.scahomeschool.com. Can you help me?
