Metropcs Complaint - Poor Customer Service

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- On several occasions now Ive called MetroPCS about outages of their service in my area. For over a month no one in there service area was able to use their phone to receive call or make calls. When I called for a credit thay said that they could not give one and that I always could cancel my service if I was unhappy. They also refused to replace my phone when a defect came up leaving me to deal with the manufactuer direct.

Yes you can save alot with this company but this is a NO FRILLS company and don't expect and customer service or support for your product.
