DaimlerChrysler Informative - Service/Repairs
NEWBURGH, NEW YORK -- March 24th 2007 I bought the Jeep Liberty 2007 and about two weeks later I started experiencing problems. The power outlet was the first issue, I went in and nothing was done. Victor the Sales Rep. told me, "You don't smoke. Why do you need a cigarette lighter?" On May 5th I brought the car back and the power outlet issue was resolved but when I informed them of the power train/auto transmission problem I was told there was no problem, and I have it in writing. When I spoke to the corporate office of Daimler Chrysler I asked if my car was a lemon and he told me that I would have to find that out myself, very non-professional. I have been going through a series of red tape because I'm a woman and I seriously feel I'm being taken advantage of. I informed the corporate office that I will be taking legal action and I was told to do as I please. They didn't even try to make the situation right and I am the victim.
