Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - Poor Costumer Service
MIRA LOMA, CALIFORNIA -- On 5/18/07 I ordered a bed online. On 5/19/07 I went to the warehouse to pick it up. I was the second one in line since I got there before they opened. The sign said that your merchandise should be out within half an hour. I was told I was the second one so it would be about ten minutes. After seven people were helped, and I was still looking for someone to help me, an hour and half later they finally brought my bed. It was sad because I was the only hispanic there and everyone that was helped before me was anglo.
I tried to get an answer on why it took so long but was unable to. The following monday I got a call from the facilities manager saying that it was their fault. He said I would get $100 for my hassle. I didn't complain to get anything out of it. I just wanted to make them aware of what they were doing. If I was doing it to get something out of it I think a whole bedroom would be good. (My gas, wasted time, frustration, etc)$100 is good for gas. Good luck to anyone that picks up at the mira loma levitz warehouse.
