Wickes Furniture Co Inc Informative - Wickes Furniture Sucks
WE bought this recliner living room set 2 months back and from the very first day the rocker recliner chair was not working for which they asked us to call customer service and put a service order for the technician to come and check. Their customer service ladies are so RUDE AND ARROGANT. When the technician came he said that the mechanism needs replacement and asked us to call their customer service again. we called and put an order for parts. Its been 2 months since and nothing has moved or happened. Initially they told us it takes 4-6 weeks. Today they tell us it takes 8-12 weeks. When i told them i am going to take this seriously the lady on the other side asked me to wait and then came back telling me that she can fix a date for the parts to be replaced by the technician.Which means that they had the parts and they kept me waiting for 2 months and go through the suffering and pain. I must have made so many calls that i have lost count and all the time their customer service folks were so bad to talk to.
I would never ever go to wickes again and will always tell everyone about my WORST experiences that i had with their customer service. I am so frustrated and my case is not yet resolved.
