Famousparts.com Complaint - Rudeness & Lying about shipping
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- On 5/26/07 a part was ordered with a confirmation received that day. We called on 5/30/07 because no tracking # had yet been sent to us. We were told it had been shipped (LIE). I called again 5/31/07 asking about the part because we still had no tracking # & was told it had been shipped (LIE). When I asked for the Tracking # he said he would have to "go to the warehouse" to get it, but it would "ship today because it must have been lost" (SHIPPED-LIE / LOST-TRUE). I told him to cancel the order because it would take too many more days & we would but it locally. His response was "It's been canceled" & he hung up on me, even while I was thanking him (RUDE). Would not do business with them again. Owning our OWN business, we will let everyone know of this treatment (TRUE).
