Ygnition Complaint - Worst utility I have EVER dealt with
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- When I moved into my apartment, I was told that Ygnition was the only cable company available, unless I wanted to buy a dish. I choose to go with Ygnition, what a mistake! They are absolutely the worst company, well tied with AOL, that I have ever had to deal with. Besides the horrible customer service when you call, the lousy website, and shading billing information, they now twice have told me I owe money for pay-per-view movies from 9 months before!! No, these never appeared on my bill the month after, or 2 months after they claimed I had rented them, but 8 MONTHS later!! After spending two hours on the phone, most of it on hold, even speaking with a supervisor, they were unwilling to do anything about it. They seem to think that is some sort of normal business practice to invoice you three-quarters of year later! I am a manager at a multi-million dollar a year manufacturing company, and if we were to bill customers out of the blue 8 months later, we would be out of business. I don't know Texas law, as I am from out of state, but I cannot imagine that this is legal, at least it shouldn't be. Just think what would happen if all utilities did this. Or your doctor or auto repair person. To some up, when you hear the words "Ygnition Networks" run the other way!!
