ExpressDecor.com Complaint - Damaged faucet, Would not replace or refund!

I purchased a sink faucet for about $100.00 not too long ago and it had a small scratch, it was not huge but nevertheless I spent a lot of money for a nice faucet and would expect it to be in good condition. The company was really rude once I suggested a replacement and said they would call me back about this matter, several weeks have passed now and nothing. I would not suggest shopping here.

What do you consider 'not too long ago?' Did you contact them immediately upon receipt of the scratched faucet? I suspect because of the vagaries in your complaint they may feel you caused the damage yourself and are now trying to get a replacement at no cost.
