T-Mobile Informative - Stealing money - Customer Service and Service SUCKS!
DALLAS, TEXAS -- This provider is INSANE! They have been literary stealing my money for the past 1.5 years! They sent me some junk phones and charged me full price, when I sent it back to them and they send new ones, they didn't fully refund the old phone prices and I ended up paying over $800 to them and they argued it was all valid and when I asked questions they would say "sir, we have done this many times and the charges ARE valid." That past, I renewed the contract and they LIED to me and told me if I go on business plan I would save more since I had 9 lines. LIE!! Instead of paying about $440 a month with two family plans, I ended up paying about $800 a MONTH! After I changed my plan back to family time, I asked them to split my bill and send it to different addresses, I called and said that THREE (3) TIMES and they didn't change it, so the bill was going to the wrong address and then they disconnected my phones because of non-payment. DUH, it was going to the wrong address you morons!!! Then they charged me $100 for 5 of my lines to be reconnected...The WORST provider ever. I am going to file complains with BBB and local offices and see if I can hire an attorney to take care of the matter. Do NOT get T-Mobile, I am going to disconnect my 9 lines and take it to like AT&T or someone else.
