Verizon DSL Complaint - Bad, Bad, Bad Service

EAST WINDSOR, NEW JERSEY -- Since I moved to my new place, my problems started with verizon. Before I never had that company in my life so I didn't know what other people were feeling about there service.

But after 2 months I couldn't have my dsl thanks to verizon ( I still don't have my svc). I spoke to 5 different supervisor that they don't give there last names only bunch of numbers with is understandable, but when u call back, no one knows what those numbers are and they don't know the supervisors. It is unbelievable that a company so big has a low service. It is just crazy and upset the kind of company they are. And not even the bpu can do anything.

Can someone do something about this company ?

Wow!!!! I can't believe the 5 differents supervisor at Veryzon has a low service. Is unbeliaveble. Tehy only give bunch of number? And no even the BPU cant do anything? Is just crazy and upset! Let's see.

Usually people who deal with the public do not give their last names. I know that I never did back in my retails days. They do not need customers being able to look them up in the phone book.

They are all cloned supervisors who do not give a hoot about the company's image or people, and are mean. Do they have a test for meanness that they have to pass before being hired? They must.
