BayGarden Complaint - customer service at resturant

Having people wait in line for hours then deciding to tell them hotel guests get first priority and if you wanna wait it will be 1 and half hours to be seated and told rudly to leave if you weren't happy.And not letting anyone book seats prior to the day.
