Outfitter Satellite Complaint - Exceptionally poor service

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I just received the new Hughes HNS-9201 , opened the box and it will not work. I called the “service” department and they told me not worry I can just pay to have it shipped back to them, they will check it and one day I’ll get it back. It does not matter that I paid full price for a working unit and now not only am I not going to have the internet service I paid for but the airtime I am also paying for is running will my brand new unit is in the shop and I will be stuck with a patched up unit after paying full price for a new, working one.

The moral of the story is I was stupid enough to do business with Outfitter Satellite and now I am screwed.
