Fun On The Go Complaint - Check in trouble

The Holiday Inn Express in Cheyenne, Wyoming has the worst desk help and managment I have ever delt with. Upon check in my employee was told that the client who was to pay for the room did not come in and provide a credit card. I then wanted to pay for the room over the phone. The general manager MEGAN refused to take my information. I offerd to fax any and everything she would need as I do 30 to 40 times a year at other hotels. She refused!!. I then went to the Holiday Inn Express in my town, they said it should have been no problem and that they do it all the time!! My wife called to have the manager call be they would not return her call. I have pulled all my reservations from all Holiday Inn Exress and Holiday Inn Hotels (23 total). I have never been so angry !!

You did the right thing, that is the best way to hurt bad companies, remove your business. Call H.I. Corp and let them know one of their franchises is out of control and costing H.I. business.

Cheyenne was the most boring place I ever visited. Nothing, nothing to do there, except visit relatives of my husbands. Plenty of Antelope roaming around the town.
