Church's Chicken Complaint - Bad Cluckin' Service
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- Yesterday, my sister and I decided on chicken for dinner, so we ventured to the church's chicken on north grand and natural bridge. We saw that they were crowded, so we knew that there would be a small wait. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken, and 4 biscuits, and two fries. There were at least 8 people who ordered after us, and and received their food before us. By the time we received our food, there were at least 3 people who had came back in the store with wrong orders, unsatisfactory product, or cold food. That made the people who were waiting become impatient, and loud. The people who were working in the store were not very pleasant, and they did not seem to have a sense of urgency about their job. So after 30 minutes or so, our order was ready. We drove about a mile away, (because we live farther out) and we realized that they forgot our biscuits. We went back and they quickly made our fries over, and gave us our biscuits in a plastic bag. I did not appreciate them throwing our food in a plastic bag instead of a box. Do they eat out of plastic bags? How did they know that the bread was no for one person?
All together they were very unprofessional, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from there, and I for sure will not return.
