EverdayFurnishings.com Complaint - Poor quality and poor service

NEW YORK -- I ordered a dining set that was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks. I finally received the set 12 weeks later and it came broken. The quality was also poor. The table was supposed to be delivered white glove ( set up, assembled, and garbage removed) They left it in my driveway. Attempting to contact the company to rectify the situation is nearly impossible. My calls were never returned. When you are able to finally contact a real person no one is aware of what is going on. I finally received a refund for my table purchase, 6 months after my initial order!! The broken table still sits in my house as they told me just to keep it and throw it out.

During this entire ordeal I emailed them several times and called daily leaving messages to contact me.. no response, worse customer service I have ever seen.

Well, at least you got your money back in the end. Now you can use some of it to fix the table, and you actually come out ahead. Silver lining, if you want to look at it that way.

I agree with adzidek,you received a refund,if you don't fix the table use it for firewood.

Look at the bright side. You didn't buy it from Asley Furniture.
