MidPhase / AN Hosting Complaint - Unreliable. Lots of downtime
I work on the designing and developing websites and signed up to the company to experiment with Open-source programs such as Joomla & Wordpress because of it's ease in installing these programs. I am constantly testing scripts everyday on the server and have noticed that after my first month, the service is unreliable. There's a lot of server down time, almost everyday for 15-30mins-- and that's that I'm aware of. Most recently this downtime will last an hour or two and when I have complained they claim that there was a power outage and that it is rare and won't happen again. What I hate the most is that they just brush of my complaints and say the same thing every time. If there is power outage every time, shouldn't they be undergoing major changes instead of bad patch jobs that fail the next day?
