Lou Fusz Nissan Complaint - Lou Fusz Nissan - Gross Experience
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- I'm pretty sure we won't be returning to the Lou Fusz Nissan dealership. One of the main reasons is that I felt our experience with Bo was pretty poor. I do not make it a habit of mine to report poor service, but a vehicle purchase is a pretty big decision, and until today, I had been very interested in purchasing a Nissan Maxima and also in doing business with Fusz because my family has a positive history of experiences buying vehicles from Fusz. When we arrived, Bo was courteous and somewhat helpful as I looked around at the different Maximas, however, when we asked to take a test drive, he went to get a license plate and walked back to the Maximas with the license plate stuck halfway into the back of his pants. I thought that was pretty gross and it really turned us off to working with him further. As we test drove the car, Bo sat in the back of the vehicle and as we asked questions, he often answered, "Um, I think so," or "Uh, I'm pretty sure" or "Probably not". He seemed very unsure about the product line.
