Nextel / Sprint Complaint - Dishonest / Non-Professional
STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I do not know what to do. Every time that I get a bill from this company I have to call customer care and try to fix my service plan and try to avoid hundreds of dollars in charges of cell phone usage that is not supposed to be there. This time I ask for a confirmation or an statement that reflects my true contract but god only knows if the next bill will be as I believe should be. I believe there should be an agency where consumers will be protected against the abuse of this companies.
I am an unhappy customer and a soon as the contract gone I will cancel the service and never never ever go back with such unethical thieves.
