Grass4sale.com Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- This company charged my bank account twice for one order of sod. As a result, my checking account became over drawn by more than $300.00 which included $116.00 in overdraft fees. It's coming up on a week since the mistake was brought to their attention and still no word from them on when this will be fixed.

The manager is completely irresponsible. He is on vacation at this time and is trying to "work on this via e-mail" but claims to have to go through their bank to get this reversed. He hasn't bothered to call me at all and I have felt no sense of urgency to resolve the problem at hand. Poor customer service is an understatment!

Did you contact your bank or credit card companies dispute department??They will credit your account, and then they will go after these sods of b1tches.


That's how my banks dispute department works.

I had a major problem with this company as many people has. I did a chargeback on my credit card and got my money back, but the company then turned it over to a collections agency which I am fighting now. Stay away from this company!
