TEXAS -- When I first was informed of this company, I thought, wow this will be great you can talk all you want,not sign a contract, get a camera phone,no credit check,this is the best,cheap prices.So I rushed from work to buy a new phone,tossing aside my tmobile phone,not to be used again, I thought, goodbye contract hello freedom.Well the first week was great,talk,talk,talk.Then as we all know anything that seems too good to be true usually is! First it started with the dropped calls,every time I was having a good conversation my call would just drop,i would call back,same thing. How embarrassing,then my plan was for 45 dollars,i get text messages,saying my bill is 53,then call 57. The customer service,excuse me automated broad that answers the phone can never understand what you are saying,you are constantly,put on hold if and when you get a somewhat breathing person,they can never understand you either. Then from there every month my bill would change, godforbid if you add a feature like caller tunes. $1.99 But then your bill is constantly going up and up.Finally it went up to $67 dollars, why? Nobody can tell you why a 45 dollar plan is now 67 dollars!Then lord one day while at work I lost my phone,so I thought, so I go out and get another one.Guess what the next day someone finds my phone returns it,so I think well good I can return it and get my money back.Guess what guys and girls they have a stupid policy that want allow the idiots to take back the phone.Why? You ask because I talked on a grand total of 2 hours!What a bunch of bull.So then I was stuck with two useless phones!Then one day they turn my off saying I didn't pay my bill,bull the bill is due on the 11 of every month they are like the mob if you don't pay on time they cut you,so why was my phone still on till the next month?When they said I didn't pay my bill?Why do the people in customer service tell you in order to get in quick,you need to say activate a phone?If you know that your automated service sucks why not fix it instead of making dumb suggestions? So I could tell you a lot more about this suck service but my hands are falling asleep,they have opened,stores everywhere,when they go out of business,i hope i'm there to open the door,maybe I tell them to dial activate a phone!
