EverydayFurnishings.com Complaint - EverydayFurnishings.com is a scam
I ordered a buffet table from EverydayFurnishings.com Nov 20th of 2006, and still have not got either of the item or any refund. Every time I called, it's either "leave a number we'll call you back", or "it will be 3 to 5 days", or "the customer service department are experiencing techincal difficualties", etc. It has been over six months, I still call one or twice a week. The "head" of the company Stan said he'll take care of it, and will send me a check, and asked me to call HIM back in five days. I called in five days, he would not pick up his phone or call me back. I called the customer service again, and they said I will get my refund in (again) one week. I know this is just another gimmick. I've filed a complaint at BBB New York, and I think this kind of scam business should be shut down. I know I really should have done my research before I had ordered from them. This is an expensive lesson I learned.
