Built Rite Furniture Informative - Received Damaged Recliner

GREENFIELD, WISCONSIN -- I bought new living room furniture from Built Rite Furniture it was delivered in November, 2006. The recliner that was delivered was badly damaged. It has now been 7 months and I am still waiting for a new recliner. It is a Lane Recliner and received no help from Lane, and Built Rite finally offered me a new recliner on April 29, 2007. I was told because I received the furniture was on sale that was good enough. I did receive a little stuffed animal for my trouble. I took from November till Feb. to receive a phone call even back from Built-Rite Furnite. The manager said she never got my messages. I am still waiting for a replacement recliner. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Are you kidding?? First of all, why did you accept delivery of a damaged recliner? You refuse it. Second of all, did you go in person to buy the recliner? Couldn't you hsve gone back and talked to them about the exchange, etc. You have been way too patient or way too comatosed.
