US Airways Complaint - Lost luggage
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- On a straight through flight from Philadelphia to Chicago for the purpose of business, US Air lost my bag. I would only be in Chicago for less than 24 hours and as a professional woman who was making a presentation the following day, I must wear a suit and look every bit the part of a professional. I was therefore required to take a taxi to the nearest store at 8 o'clock at night (which happened to Target) and purchase a suit, shoes, makeup and essentail toiletries. I followed all proper protocols set forth by USAir (ie filling out the lost bag from, calling in to see if they had located it etc) To date they have not reimbursed me in ANY way for the trouble that their completely incompetent employees caused. This airline is in bankruptcy (small wonder) and the CEO is drunk. Google Doug Parker and see what comes up!
