Jobbers Equipment Warehouse Complaint - Rude, Do Not Give Refunds In Timely Manner

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- We ordered equipment from Jobbers and the wrong equipment was sent out a month after the order was placed. They reordered the correct item and it was sent to us in another month, which was to late as our customer was not interested in the equipment any longer as he ordered and received it from another company. We called and asked for Jobbers to please pick up the equipment and refund us the money. It is now five months later and the equipment is still sitting in our warehouse. We are not able to get in contact with the manager or the owner as they are to busy or never in the office. We have not been able to get any resolution to our problems as we do not need this equipment and is only occupying space. The communication is very poor. There is no professionalism in this office. They put you on hold, then transfer you to the mailbox. Which they never return any calls.

Send a certified letter requesting the pick up and refund. If it's not worth small claims, could you sell it via carig's list or through your connections, etc and recoup your $?
