Eureka Compliment - Terrific Customer Service
My wife received a used Eureka Boss Plus vacuum cleaner, and had problem trying to use the hose. I called the 800 number on the back of the vacuum, and in just a matter of minutes was connected with "Jim." Jim was able in a very short time to diagnose the problem and let us know to use the hose, the height adjustment had to be raised to the maximum settingl. We made the adjustment and the suction through the hose was fantastic.
After reading so many complaints about customer service in M3C, it is a pleasure to tip my hat to Eureka and 'Jim' for an excellent job.
