Spirit Airlines Informative - Lost Luggage/Customer Service
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- March 18, 2007. Flight from Orlando Florida to Atlantic City. Non stop flight. After our outgoing flight being changed 4 times, we arrrived in Orlando. Coming home Orlando lost my luggage. Here it is 3 months later....no luggage, no reimbursement. Try to call Spirit and you are either told that "due to high call volume we cannot accept your call at this time" and then promptly disconnected or, put on hold for an hour before I finally hung up. Customer Service stinks. I'm sick of letters apologizing to us for our inconvenience when you aren't doing anything about it. 7 days of dress clothes, toiletries, prescription medication (another whole issue in itself and not covered for reimbursement) lost. We would much rather have our luggage back that probably went to Guatemala since that was the flight right before ours. In the meantime everytime we get dressed to go out we realize something else that was lost. Stop apologizing and start acting on resolving this issue. No, we won't fly spirit again. Not worth the few dollars that we saved.
