Dish Network Complaint - When I tried to disconnect
I disconnected from Dish Network and they reconnected me the next day. I called again and disconnected. They called me back and offered free service to pursuade me back. I called the next day to clarify their offer and it was a total lie. I disconnected again and I am waiting to see if the shipping boxes arrive to return the equipment, but I am not holding my breath. Bad business practice and dishonest employees.
UPDATE: Got boxes, returned equipment, they charged me $110. So thus far they have defrauded me $150 (they charged me 2 months fee for the fraudulent restart $40, and the $110 for nothing at all).
