Ikitchens Complaint - Worst Internet Shopping Experience I Ever Had

Do Not Do Business with ikitchens, their practices at best are unscrupulous. I ordered a pizzelle maker on 4/4 and paypal was charged immediately. No shipping information or backorder information was received and I contacted them after a week. The response I received was that they were awaiting a shipment. Over the next month I heard nothing, contacted iKitches twice and got the same response. A package finally arrived on May 23rd but surprise, it was not the model ordered even though the packing slip plainly indicated the correct model. I sent a request for return authorization to iKitchens on the 23rd with all information including the original order confirmation. iKitchens emailed me on 5/30 re-requesting all information in order to authorize the return and indicating I would be charged for restocking, even though it was their mistake. I returned all information with a demand that they pay shipping and not charge restocking. I have not heard from them since. Clearly they have no intent to fix their mistakes and honor returns. My impression of their business model is charge now, ship anything later.
