Wal-Mart Complaint - Tire Lube Express IGNORANCE
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Sunday at 2:30 pm we visited the tire lube and express to have our oil changed and tires rotated. We waited nearly 20 minutes in line to get our truck checked in. We then waited almost 3 hours to get our vehicle serviced. During this time we witnessed the mechanics AND cashiers in this area acting like morons. They were fighting with each other, slamming doors, putting tape on each other, letting the lines get extremely backed up, etc...3 hours later, once we recieved our vehicle, we drove home. I noticed that one of my hubcaps was missing. I called the store, and the mechanic argued with me that I was ignorant, and that he did nothing wrong. I was then told they would review the tapes to find out what happened. It's 4 days later, and I have NOT heard a word. I contacted a manager Tuesday to follow up, and I have STILL not heard a word from them. On top of everything else, my oil was 1 qt. low after they supposedly filled it, and my windows were not cleaned. I paid for the 15 point inspection, and I did NOT recieve that service. I have never in my life been more upset/angry with a store than this. I want refunded for my oil change AND I wanted compensated for my hubcap immediately. Please have someone, anyone call me at absolutely anytime of day. I would love to see if Wal-Mart actually cared about it's customers. We've given thousands of dollars to Wal-Mart by purchasing groceries, household items, and even our last pair of tires from your stores. Is it too much to ask for someone to call me? I don't think so.
