Fowlers Furniture Complaint - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I bought a red four piece sectional and a chair to match. With the sectional you have to buy the ottomans seperate which are $200 a piece when they delivered my furniture it was not wrapped up and it was dusty that did not bother me that bad what really bothered me was the HOT PINK ottoman that was supposed to go with it so I called the store they said they would get back to me they never did I have called numerous times finnally I got a hold of Bennita which is supposed to be MR. Fowlers partner to this day I call and call and leave message after message she does not respond.This is going on 3 months andnothing has not been done to this day!!

Stop calling and go in person to the store, with the item in dispute. It's more difficult to "ignore" a problem if it is presented in person.

Exactly poppapia...GO TO THE STORE. You went there to buy it, go there to get what you ordered. Throw the ottoman in the car and ask a salesperon to get it for you and issue a credit or reorder in the right color. Have to be proactive in this day and age.
