Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Dell Faulty Screen - Vertical Lines
I want to highlight 2 issues with Dell Firstly their lack of customer service which includes treating customers like they are imberciles and ignorant fools. And secondly their proud culture of not admitting to faulty parts on their systems such as the Dell Vertical Line Fault. http://direct2dell.com/one2one/archive/2007/04/09/10675.aspx
Anyway, my laptop, an Inspiron 510m falls outside of the models that they acknowledge have a problem, well I invite Dell to come and sit in front of this piece of Junk laptop and try and type through 21 verical lines that aren't a problem wit my laptop. I guess it could be worse, my battery could have exploded in my lap while I was typing this.
I hope Dell starts getting back to any business's core values of looking after the customer. Dell is living in a state of denial, just lcky they don't build cars............
