Motel 6 Complaint - Motel 6 Corporate Office - Horrific Service
JACKSON, MICHIGAN -- In September I stayed at the Motel 6 in Jackson MI. I reserved four days, however ended up staying one day only. I ended up being relieved from military duty earlier than expected. I forgot to check out so I called the Motel 6 and advised I'd be in the next day to check out and my room was vacant. They advised that was fine. I returned to check out. Then I noticed I only got credit for two days of my stay on my credit card, so I e-mailed Motel 6. I got an e-mail back advising to fax my credit card information, which I did. On 10/23 they wrote back advising they could not substantiate the error occured. I e-mailed them back on 10/26 saying "How can you not substantiate that an error occurred? I think it should be quite simple. Your response is concerning at best. Please further investigate this. I stay every month and have stayed every month since December 2001. I will go elsewhere if the one time I have a concern this is how it is handled." I received no answer. On 11/12/06 I sent an e-mail checking the status of my e-mail. I received no response. On 11/16/06 I sent an e-mail and received no response. On 11/26/06 I sent an e-mail and received no response. I've received no response to date. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
