JCPenny.com Complaint - Shipping Screw Up
I ordered clothing for my son so that we could go to a wedding. I ordered the merchandise a month early. It was not sent the next day like the web site stated. It was sent very late, through UPS, and now it will not be here till after the wedding. I contacted JCPenny.com and they were very rude through their email. They didn't offer any type of discount for the mess up that was their fault. They stated they knew it was their fault but they do not care how the customer feels.
