Best Western Hotels International, Inc. Complaint - Rude and discriminatory service
CARROLLTON, GEORGIA -- I stayed at a best western last weekend and was treated very strangely by the staff/owner of the business. The stay was for two adults and two children. When we checked in, we met a friend there who helped up carry up our things to our room. The desk agent stopped us and questioned us about who was going to be staying in the room, since there were more of us heading to the room than we signed in for. We told him we(my girlfriend and I) would be staying there with our two kids. He said, so the man is leaving and two women will be in the room with two kids??? We said yes, thats what we just said. he was rude about it.
the next morning for breakfast, I was not feeling well, and asked my partner to bring me something light back to the room because I didn't feel like going down to the dining room. As she was trying to bring the food to me, the owner stopped her and said no food was allowed in the room. She was like ???????... So, I got no breakfast.
The room was very dusty and the bedspreads were very stained and gross. We took them off the beds to sleep. Overall, with the owners attitude, we would never go back. He is too involved in his clients moves and its invasive.
