Adaptec Complaint - Snap server Worst Product ever - Snap Server

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- The Snap Server is the worst storage device ever invented, not only does it not meet basic standards of the technology the company has the nerve to be arrogant about it. Try calling customer service for support, you will be placed on hold for a half hour then be required to pay for assistance first. There is no accountabilty with this company, and I hope customers begin by boycotting any Adaptec products.

We stopped using Adaptec long ago. Management are idiots and have no clue what's going on in the company.

Adaptec is still o.k. for the $5 NIC or $10 USB card. Probably wouldn't give them any big money, though.
